Using Tips:
Do not connect to network when you use the device.
First connect MicroPodII to vehicle, if the red indicator turns on, then connect to laptop and run software.
After you install WiTech software well and use it, it may occur some problems. Following are the problems and solution:
Error: “Registration is needed
Device with serial number*** is not registered. Please check the knowledge
base to determine how to register a device”
Right click the software icon on the desktop, select properties then open file location
Open app-config, see the follow picture, change the first number to any numbers you like
Save
If still prompts error “an internal registration error has occurred”, just ignore by clicking icon x to close it.
If it appears the follow page, please choose “work offline”
