Choose the positioning method and clip the key for SEC-E9 key machine
Operation points for attention:
1.1. Take TOY43 Toyota Key as an example, enter “Data Search” and input “TOY43” , select “SILCA” and select the first 10 teeth;
1.2, enter the bottom “menu” – “information”, view the positioning method;
1.3, click on the “detection key data”, according to the corresponding icon to place the key, flat milling upper clip, vertical milling lower folder;
2.1. Take the Honda Key as an example, enter “Data Search” and input “HON66” and select “SILCA”.
2.2, enter the bottom “menu” – “information”, view the positioning method;
2.3, click on the “detection key data”, in accordance with the corresponding icon to hold the key, flat milling upper clip, vertical milling lower folder;
3.1. Take the VW key as an example. Enter “Data Search” and input “HU66” and select “SILCA”.
3.2, enter the bottom “menu” – “information”, view the positioning method;
3.3. Click on “Test Key Data”, then place the key in accordance with the corresponding icon, flat-clamp the upper layer, and mill the lower layer. Use the positioning tab to lock the key shoulder and press the key clip in parallel on the fixture;
4.1. Take the Buick Key as an example, enter “Car” to input “B” and select “B Buick”-“E Excelle [8]”;
4.2, enter the bottom “menu” – “information” to see the positioning method;
4.3, click on the “detection key data”, in accordance with the appropriate icon to clamp the key, flat milling upper clip, vertical milling lower folder;
