How to Solve Launch X431 V 8 Error DiagnoseMain Err ID: -5
Problem description:
I try to diagnose Hyundai with Launch X431 V 8 inch diagnostic scanner, after i enter Hyundai menu, it showed me error “DiagnoseMain Err ID-5
Failed to obtain firmware information.
Possible reasons:
1.Firmware does not work normally. Please retry after power off and on again.
2. Firmware program is abnormal. Please update it.
3. Firmware type is incorrect. Please contact local dealer to storage/emulated/0/cnlaunch/XDiagPro3/968590120906/DIAGNOSTIC/VEHICLES/VW/V27.80/
