Solution to Lonsdor KH100 Network Connection Issues

Recently, we’ve received some customer feedback on Lonsdor KH100 hand-held key programmer about its network connection issues. In fact, the two problems below could be solved by the same solution. Here’re the details:

Problem 1: Cannot connect to the network even if there are several hotspots available.
Problem 2: Stuck in some interface for a long time while operating. For example, when you register the device, it just keeps searching for network. When you turn on the device, it keeps loading for several minutes.

The solution to the connection problems of KH100:
 Step 1:
Download the repaired file of KH100 and place the file on the desktop of a computer. Unzip the file and you will get two files.

 Step 2:
Turn of the device. Hold “Down” button for a few seconds and then press “Power” button once. After that, the device will enter “USB Disk Mode” interface.


 Step 3:
Connect the device to the computer and copy those two files to the device.

 Step 4:
Click “OK” to reboot the device and you’ll see a progress bar on the device screen. The device will be updated automatically.

 Step 5:
Check whether the device works or not after updating. always offers technical support as long as you need it.
